Introduction:

This tutorial is going to show you how to set zoom level in safari for websites that you might visit when using this browser developed by Apple.

Step # 1 -- Opening the Customize Toolbar Options

Start Safari. You'll be presented with the start screen that you are familiar with. From here you need to look in the top right corner of the browser and click on the "cog" image. This will open a menu, then click on "Customize Toolbar...".

Step # 2 -- Dragging the Zoom Option to the Toolbar

A box will open that will have several different menu options. The one we are interested in is "Zoom". Left click and hold on this menu option and drag it to the desired place on the toolbar. Once it has been placed you can go ahead and close the "Customize Toolbar..." window.

Step # 3 -- Using the New Zoom Features

Now that you have added the zoom toolbar it is very easy to see how to set zoom level in safari. Let's see how it works on the default Safari homepage. Click on the slightly larger "A" on the right hand side to zoom in. Click the smaller "A" on the left side to zoom out.

Step # 4 -- Multiple Zooms

Clicking multiple times on the relevant zoom icon will continue to either increase or decrease the zoom of the page. There are a total of ten different zoom factors available.
