If you have the Yahoo! Toolbar and you no longer use it then learning how to remove yahoo toolbar from firefox is important as it will ensure you can enjoy an interruption free browsing experience.

Step # 1 -- Accessing Add-on Settings in Firefox

Once you have started Firefox you will be able to see the toolbar you want to remove, here we are going to remove "Yahoo! Toolbar". First you need to click on "Tools" in the main menu bar. From here, click on "Add-ons".

Step # 2 -- Viewing all Extensions

This will open the "Add-ons Manager" which contains the settings for all the add-ons (including toolbars) that you have installed in Firefox. To see how to remove yahoo toolbar from firefox click on "Extensions".

Step # 3 -- Removing the Toolbar

Click on Yahoo! Toolbar. At the right side of this frame you will see a "Remove" button, click this. The frame will change to tell you the toolbar has been removed. You will need to restart Firefox for the uninstall to be completed. The new window will no longer have the Yahoo! Toolbar.
