To set a password to access your wireless router, open an internet browser and type in 192.168.1.1

Enter in your user name and password. By default, the username is left blank and the password is admin

Once you've accessed your router, click on the Administration Tab

Enter the new password in the router password box. Re-enter the password to confirm it

Click save settings. You've now created a unique password to log into your wireless router
