A driver is a software that acts as an instruction set for a particular piece of computer hardware. Nvidia drivers are drivers for your GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), which controls the graphic output of your PC.

Sometimes, you may run into issues with these drivers and you need to completely uninstall them. Display Driver Uninstaller is a driver removal utility that can help you completely uninstall NVIDIA graphics card drivers and packages from your system, without leaving leftovers behind.

Step # 1 - Download and run Display Driver Uninstaller.
First you need to download Display Driver Uninstaller program. Open your browser and go to “www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU”
Then click on the “Download” button. Click once more on the latest updated version; extract the folder and run the application. The author suggests you run it in safe mode but that is not a requirement. You are asked during Start, after you have unpacked the program to your system, whether you want to run it in safe mode or not. If you select yes, the PC reboots to that mode, so make sure everything has been saved at this point.

Step # 2 - Uninstall Nvidia Driver
The main program interface displays everything in a single window. On the top you can select your Graphic Driver.

Then you have three options:
- To clear and restart;
- To clear and not restart;
- To clear and shutdown.
You can also select to remove everything or to save some components. You can remove 3DTV and Physx; have the program remove the c:\nvidia folders (the temporary folders for the installation of the driver), or have it save a log file of the operation. As we want to erase it completely, we’ll check all the boxes.
You can also enable Windows Automatic Driver installation again, or switch the interface language.
FInally we’ll choose the first option, which is the recommended one.

Result: Congratulations! You’ve just learned how to Uninstall Nvidia Graphics Drivers Completely.
