In this tutorial, you will learn How to Use Safari's New Downloads Manager in iOS 13.

Apple introduced a small yet very effective addition to Safari. Now, every time you are downloading something from safari, you have an actual download manager similar to Safari on Mac.

Start any download and you’ll be asked if you want to proceed. Tap Download, and by default, the file will be saved in a new Downloads folder at the root level of your iCloud Drive.

Once the download starts, you’ll see a new download icon next to the URL bar. Tap on it to see the progress or easily access the downloaded files.
Tap clear to clear the list of files.

In addition, you can also edit the default download location and how often the download list is cleared.
To do this, go to Settings - Safari - Downloads. Choose Other and select the location that you want.
Tap Remove Download List Items and choose how often it gets cleared. Tap Manually if you don’t want it to clear automatically.

This is a small addition, however is a great relief for those who have to deal with downloading files on their devices. This works both for iPhones and iPads.
