In this tutorial you will learn how to record the screen on Android.

Recording the screen is helpful if you are making a video or recording important footage. You will be able to save a video file with the recorded footage to your phone afterwards.

If you ever need to record the screen, you will need a special app to do so, as there is currently no built-in method of recording the screen.

We will go through the steps to record the screen on Android.

Go to the Play Store and search for EZ Screen Recorder (there are others, but this seems to work best for us).
Open the app and tap on the small red camera icon that appears on the screen.
To start recording, tap the top icon with a red circle.
If you want to change the video settings, tap the Settings icon (two tools).

Recording the screen is easy when you use an app. Don’t forget to check the Settings first to make sure you have the settings you want!
