In this tutorial, you will learn how to Change App Icons on iPhone.

In the newest versions of iOS 14, there’s now a way of changing your app icons, without using a jailbreak. While this is not an official feature, we’ll be using the official Shortcut app by Apple to achieve our goal. You do need custom icons for this that you can easily download from the internet.

Download the Shortcuts app and start it. Tap the plus icon on the top right to create a new shortcut, tap Add Action and search for Open App, tap on it and then tap Choose. Tap the App you want this icon to be for. Tap the triple dots on the top right and type in the name for the app. Tap Add to Home Screen. Type in the name again and tap on the icon. Tap Choose Image and choose an icon from your photo library. Once ready, tap Add and Done. That’s it. Now the icon will be available on your home screen!

While this is not an official way of changing app icons, it’s a great workaround for people who want to have that aesthetic look without having to jailbreak their iPhone.
