In this tutorial, you will learn Using the iPhone’s Call Forwarding and Call Waiting Features.
These features has been around even before the iPhones existed. Today we’ll take a quick look at what these do and how to enable them on your iPhone.
First let’s take a look at call forwarding. This simply means routing an incoming call to another phone number. To enable it go to Settings - Phone - Call Forwarding. Enable it and input the number once you tap Forward To.
Next up is Call Waiting. This basically gives you the option to receive another call while you are on a call. You’ll then be able to either put the current person on hold and answer the 2nd incoming call or hang up on the second incoming call. To enable this, go to Call Waiting and tap on the toggle.
Some carries may not allow you to use these features, however, in this day and age, those carriers are extremely rare.
