Check the following:
0:00 Supply gas
1:01 Waggle arm
1:21 Displacer hitting the vessel wall
1:38 Max working temperature
1:51 Vertical orientation for interface control
2:11 Liquid level height
2:20 MOST COMMON: fluctuating specific gravities
---

The standard displacer can sense interface if the specific gravity differential is larger than 0.2. If that differential is less than 0.2, you will need to change your displacer out for a larger one.
