Adobe Photoshop does not have a built-in 3D material eyedropper tool. However, you can use the 3D material picker in the 3D panel to select and sample materials applied to 3D objects in your scene. To do this, select the 3D object in the scene, then go to the 3D panel and click on the material you want to sample in the materials panel. You can then apply this material to other objects in your scene or save it as a preset for future use.
The 3D Material Eyedropper tool in Adobe Photoshop is used to sample colors from 3D models and apply them to other elements within the same scene. The tool works similarly to the standard Eyedropper tool, but it allows you to select colors from 3D materials and maps, such as diffuse, bump, specular, etc.

To use the 3D Material Eyedropper tool in Adobe Photoshop, follow these steps:
1. Open a 3D project or create a new 3D object in Photoshop.
2. Select the 3D layer you want to work with.
3. Open the 3D panel by going to Window 3D.
4. In the 3D panel, select the 3D object or material you want to sample color from.
5. From the toolbar, select the 3D Material Eyedropper tool. You can also press the I key on your keyboard to activate the tool.
6. Click on the color you want to sample from the 3D object or material.
7. The selected color will now be applied to the active 3D material or map, or to a new layer if you have one selected.

Note: You can use the 3D Material Eyedropper tool in combination with other tools and features in Photoshop, such as the Paint Bucket tool or Gradient Map, to create complex and interesting color schemes for your 3D scenes.
