This is a guided affirmation practice for self forgiveness. You can use this as a I am affirmation practice or as a guided sleep meditation. I love going to bed or waking up while listening to guided affirmations and this self forgiveness meditation is just the right remedy to find love for self and let go of any intrusive thoughts or overthinking.

I forgive myself.
I am not who i was yesterday and cannot go back into time nd that's okay.
Today I am a better version than who i was yesterday.
I forgive myself
I forgive myself for my past thoughts, words and actions.
I have given time to observe my past and no longer need to allow the past to intrude.
I am letting go of the memories of my old toxic patterns.
They do not have control over me anymore.
I accept that my past self acted only on what i knew at the time.
I am a being that is continuously learning and bettering myself every day,
I forgive myself for the hurt my younger self inflicted on others.
I accept my mistakes as lessons.
I release all painful memories and actions of the past.
I am healing and letting go of what no longer serves me.
I am releasing all emotional and physical pain.
I am freeing space within me to create space for love, compassion, joy, and peace.
I forgive those who have hurt me in the past.
They too may be a newer version of themselves today.
I forgive those who may have influenced me in a negative way in the past.
I choose to forgive others.
I choose to forgive myself, and to allow myself to move forward, feeling at ease.
A weight is lifting off my shoulders,
I m free, i am open to love, compassion, joy and peace.
I walk forward with love and compassion for others.
My heart is filled with love and kindness.
I inhale as i create space for new beginnings.
I exhale to release all that does not serve me.
I no longer carry the burden of my past.
I allow myself to flow with emotions, to create the space needed to heal.
My emotions are valid, and supportive in the way i need right here and now.
Allowing myself to feel emotions helps to release all that no longer serves me.
I am healing.
I am free.
I act with good intentions.
I feel a sense of peace wash over my entire vessel.
I am the work i put into being my best version.
I am forever learning, growing, and evolving into my best version.
I release anything that does not serve me in a positive way.
I live with pure and loving intentions.
I live compassionately.
I am ready to forgive myself today.
I set my past free.
