This is a short 10 minute guided meditation body scan to use before sleep or for insomnia. This practice will help promote relaxation and calmness of the mind and bto simply re-center and recharge when feeling anxious or simply used for savasana after a yoga practice or on it's own. Find relaxation during a stressful day or before bed to help you sleep.
