This is a 20 minute yin yoga deep hip stretch for hip flexibility class. In this yin yoga class we will work through various hip opening stretches to help increase hip flexibility. Yin yoga is one of the best ways to increase flexibility within the hips as we rest in poses a little longer than any other style of yoga which helps us to reach the deep connective tissues. Yin yoga is also a great way to release tension and physical and emotional stress. In this 20 minute yin yoga class we will practice passive deep hip stretches holding the stretch for 30 seconds to 4 minutes long so if you feel pain at any point don't enter the stretch so deep or take a pose that feels better for you. In Yin yoga we want to meet our edge, meaning we want to feel the stretch but don't go past that sensation of a stretch where it becomes excruciating pain.
