This is a 30 minute yin yoga deep hip stretch for flexibility and tension relief.
For this yoga class you may want to have a few yoga blocks and pillows near by.
Yin yoga is a form of deep stretching where we hold each pose for long periods of time upwards of 5 minutes.
This style of yoga helps to increase flexibility and create space within the body.
Yin yoga allows us stillness and a emotional release, being one of the reasons why i love this style of yoga so much.
Doing this yin yoga stretch will help to increase hip flexibility and have you feeling much more relaxed.
Please note that this class isn't for the inflexible/beginner practitioner.
