30 Minute yin yoga for hip flexibility routine.
This is a intermediate yin yoga deep hip stretch so utilize props like bolsters or yoga blocks if needed.
In this yin yoga class we will work on various hip opening stretches to help increase hip flexibility.
This deep stretch will help get into the deep connective tissue increasing hip flexibility and promoting relaxation while releasing tension from the lower back and hips.
Yin Yoga is a form of passive stretching where we hold yoga poses for up to 5 minutes. In this class however we will hold our yoga poses and stretches between 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
