Yin yoga for hip flexibility and mobility routine. In this yin yoga class we will practice various hip opening passive yoga poses to help create space and movement within the hips. This 15 min deep hip stretch will not only help with flexibility, but is also a great way to find stress relief. After practicing this yoga for hips routine consistently you will begin to gain hip mobility and flexibility while finding a sense of calmness.
This yoga class can be done before bed to help with stress, anxiety or insomnia and can also be practiced any time of day to help release hip tension.
