Today we will be sweating out and challenging the mind and body through a minimal cues creative yoga flow targeting the hips to help increase hip flexibility along with overall strength and relaxation.
This 15 minute yoga flow is all about connecting to your body and to feel your body as you move through each posture. With this minimal cues yoga class it is the perfect chance to acknowledge that you can take charge of the thoughts that float into your mind and begin to draw your awareness to your breath. By challenging the mind and body in this way we then begin to live in the present moment, retraining our daily habits where we tend to live in the past or future. Today, lets be present and do what makes us feel our best.
Option to utilize any props you may feel like using and i encourage you to try your best, and your best does not mean entering the full expression of the posture, what it means is to do your best in FEELING your BEST in each and every movement of this yoga class.
