Welcome to this restorative yoga practice for flexible hips. Today's yoga class is dedicated to restoring the mind, body and spirit in a yin yoga style. It is a day to fully surrender to whatever emotions may arise, any stagnant energy that may be wanting to fight it's way out, don't fight it...Today is your day to let whatever needs to flow, go.

This yoga class is restorative and may be an emotional practice or it may be a physical one for some...or it could be both. I just want this yoga class to offer a space for healing emotionally and physically.
We will be practicing some very restorative postures in today's class which will include a Yoga block. If you do not have a yoga block some alternatives like stacking books in a pillow case or using a pan or cooking pot will do, anything that may resemble yoga blocks is perfect. If you are using anything with a hard surface i recommend placing a folded blanket or sweater over it for comfort.

Lets surrender to relaxation and truly soak in the past week.
