This is a Yin Yoga for hips routine offering intermediate stretches for hip flexibility. In this class we will work through various hip opening stretches to help increase leg flexibility and release tension. Yin yoga is a form of deep passive stretching for flexibility, relaxation and presence. This style of yoga is also a great way to find tension relief. This class is for intermediate practitioners and should not be used if you have little flexibility at this time.
