This 20 minute yoga for beginners routine will help create flexibility and strength through active stretching and movement.
An active stretch is where we hold a position without help using the strength of our agonist muscles taking us to the edge of our range of motion.
Active stretching is a great way to balance flexibility and strength.
What You Need:
2 Blocks or anything that mimics blocks like stacked books. If you are using books wrap them tightly to avoid sliding.
