This yoga class is a short version of my members only class "30 Min Gentle Yoga To Fill Your Cup (Intermediate Yoga)". I created this shortened version so that you can have a taste of what's in the membership and for those who would like a shortened version rather than the 30 minute one. In the 30 minute version we move through more poses and movements along with longer holds and a 10 minute savasana. this shortened version holds only a few of the poses and stretches to help release tension and stress from the body and mind anytime that you need. Do this in the morning or after work to de-stress and recharge. As always feel free to modify in anyway that you need or skip any poses that don't feel right today. See you on the mat!
