Do this beginners yoga class to help increase hip flexibility.
This yoga for beginners routine is a gentle way to help inflexible people increase flexibility within the hips.
In this class we will be using 2 yoga blocks. If you don't have yoga blocks you can use books safely wrapped together so they do not shift or move. You can also have a few pillows near by to modify your Childs pose.
Doing these hip stretches will help bring you tension relief and can be done to help counteract your daily activities like sitting or standing long hours.
