Join me for this yoga for strength and flexibility class to help build strong legs and a strong core while getting the total body stretch in, the perfect balance.
In this 10 minute yoga class we will worth through stretching the spine, side body hips and legs while strengthening the core, legs and arms.
No matter where you are in your practice the more we try the more we begin to build that strength that will help us grow in our practice to more advanced postures like crow and headstand.
Flexibility is many practitioners goal when deciding to practice yoga however it is much more than that. Gaining flexibility is a way to help the body feel great in each movement, and a way to counteract our daily habits like sitting for long periods of time and working out. Stretching and working on your flexibility will help ease stress and tension from the hips and back.
Going at your own pace, do what you can and know that you can break at any point to rest or come to a different posture that works best for you. This is your practice and you should feel good in everything you do.
