This is a relaxing restorative yoga sequence for letting go. This class will help us let go of any stagnant stress and tension built up within the hips allowing us to create space for new beginnings. We will be utilizing a yoga block and practicing one hip opener in this restorative yoga routine to help offer the mind and body some relaxation and stress relief. A simple yet effective routine offering some of the best ways to relieve stress you can do anytime of the day.

This class is also day 27 of the 30 days of yoga for peace of mind series.
