1 minute yoga for back and hip tension relief.

In this 1 min restorative yoga routine we will practice supported child's pose.

Supported child's pose is a great stretch to do any time of the day which makes it perfect for practicing in bed when you wake up in the morning or in bed right before falling asleep.
This 1 minute yoga class is also great for those who work at desks long hours, simply take a few moments in child's pose to re-center and stretch your achy muscles.

Grab a pillow or more to help make this yoga pose super supportive and comfy.

1 Minute yoga is a great way for busy people to stay consistent in their practice and exercise. When we are busy, we the majority of the time put ourselves last, we forget about our well being, physical and mental state when really, we can all take a moment out of our day for ourselves, everyone has time for a 1 minute yoga break, especially when it can be done so conveniently in bed.

See you on the mat!

As with all physical activity, Yoga included, it is important to listen to your body at all times and never exceed the sensation of just a light stretch. If you feel pain or extreme discomfort do not do the yoga pose, movement or stretch and come to something that feels better for you.
Always consult your doctor about any physical activity.
