Welcome to DAY 14 of the Beginners 30 Days of Yoga For Inflexibility series

This 20 minute yoga routine stretches the entire front body. When the front body is tight it leads to poor posture, weak core and possible risk of injury.

Stretching the quads and psoas will help bring space into the body helping to stand up taller, breath more fluidly, decrease anxiety and insomnia, it will help relax restless leg syndrome and soooo much more!

These stretches are tailored for beginners and the inflexible. So if you are feeling like many of the stretches you find on youtube are a bit inaccessible, you may find these to be more comfortable.

This yoga class is also a great addition to your back bend journey. In order to access back bends especially deep or advanced back bends, you will need to work on stretching the quads, psoas, chest and shoulders.
