This is a restorative yoga for restless leg syndrome routine. This class is also day 10 of the 30 day yoga challenge. In this restorative yoga class we will work to bring in breath along with helping to bring blood flow throughout and within the legs. We will also stretch the legs and back to shake out any aches and nagging sensations. For this yoga class you will need a wall near by as we will use it to rest our legs against. Restless legs can effect your quality of life from simply daily tasks to interrupting your sleep. This restorative routine will help calm the body and mind to help you feel your best.
