Day 12 offers an efficient and therapeutic practice to nurture the mind and body. (Plus some sneaky core!) This is not about sweeping whatever you have going on under the rug so you can get your workout in. Nah. Yoga doesn’t play that way. Or at least, not our practice.

Trust your practice. Trust that you are being led to the right place. Nurture.

Please do not underestimate the power of stillness. So take that sweet sweet savasana ending today and bring a blanket if you have one.
