Here's my exact plan if I were to start a digital marketing agency.

The 5 main steps are- Focus, Strategy, Sales, Delivery, and Operations.

1. Focus- Decide your focus. Decide your market, sub-market, geography, niche, and micro-niche. It is highly important to define a micro-niche.

2. Strategy- The three steps into strategy are understanding the client's problems and needs, developing a unique offering, and confirming the offering adds value.

3. Sales- The main steps in the sales process are lead gen, outreach (cold emails, cold calling, etc.), free consulting call, proposal (the offer)

4. Delivery- Leverage the DSA (Delivery Service Arbitrage). Use DSA for very specific tasks.

5. Operations- Keep the operations as digital as possible.
