1. Decide your BIG offer - it's all about the offer! 85% of holiday sales are influenced by the offer.
2. Keep the offer site-wide and let customers use the offer without any discount code for the best conversion rates.
3. Try tiered discounts to improve AOV. Boost the Average Order Value by offering additional discounts on larger orders.
4. Add gift wrap options. It’s great to have some add-ons for people who are gifting from your e-commerce store.
5. Showcase product bundles (improve AOV)
6. Extend your return policy, making it easier for people to buy this holiday season.
7. Create a VIP segment of your best customers and showcase to them the offers earlier + free gifts. Make sure to add some exclusive offers for this segment.
8. Give gift cards (~20% value) with each order to encourage the second order
