Tip 1: Planning- This first tip is to plan your task a day in advance. This saves you time as you spend your morning planning, not executing.

Tip 2: Deep work- Have deep work sessions to focus on your most important tasks.

Tip 3: Eat the frog- Prioritise the most important task first thing in the morning.

Tip 4: Time Blocking- Block time on your calendar for your most important tasks.

Tip 5: Prioritisation- Prioritise your tasks by importance and urgency.

Tip 6: Start task batching- Take a batch of related tasks and do them together.

Tip 7: 80/20 Rule- Focus on the top 20% of the tasks that drive 80% of the returns.

Tip 8: Day theming- Make a theme for your day. Theme your days by tasks like- meetings, recording videos, calls, writing scripts, and more. If you run multiple businesses, you can use day theming to focus on one business on a particular day.

Tip 9: SOP- Document the tasks that you do on a day-to-day basis. Once you've documented this, you can assign that particular task to someone else.

Tip 10: Outsource- Outsource and delegate tasks that falls below your hourly rate.
