THE WORKOUT: 45-Minute Barre Cardio Full Body Kickboxing Workout

► EQUIPMENT:
You can do this workout with just your bodyweight or add a set of light dumbbells like I have here. I suggest 2-3 lbs, 5 lbs max. You also can use water bottles or soup cans if you don't have dumbbells available!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
Follow along with the video above. We'll flow from exercise to exercise, burning out the arms, core and legs (and breaking a sweat). Here's a general outline of to expect:
