A great workout to increase strength for barre lovers and introduce strength training athletes to the benefits of barre workouts. Pairing full body strength training with traditional barre exercises (and adding some upbeat cardio bursts to raise your heart rate).
THE WORKOUT: 45 MINUTE FULL BODY BARRE STRENGTH CLASS #2
► EQUIPMENT: Light Weights. I’m using 3-10 lbs. And optional chair for balance support.
