This full body, Cardio Yoga Workout combines the fat-burning benefits of HIIT cardio with the toning, sculpting, and stretching benefits of power yoga. A great 20-minute HIIT workout for beginners.

This Beginner HIIT Cardio Yoga Workout consists of 8 exercises -- 4 fast-paced yoga exercises to raise your heart rate and 4 isometric yoga pose holds.

Complete each exercise for 30 seconds. Flow through the entire sequence on the right side of the body, then repeat on the left side. Repeat the sequence x 4 sets {2 sets on the right and 2 on the left}.
