This 30 Minute Run + Tone Stroller Workout consists of three circuits. Each circuit has a cardio interval, stroller run/jog/walk, paired with two strength exercises. Complete each cardio interval and strength exercise for time or number of repetitions outlined below.
CIRCUIT ONE
Cardio: 6 minute stroller run/jog/walk
Strength:
1. Lunge + Knee Drive -- 20 reps {10 reps per leg}
2. Relevè Chair Squats -- 20 reps
*Repeat the above strength exercises AMRAP {as many rounds as possible} for 6 minutes.
CIRCUIT TWO
Cardio: 5 minute stroller run/jog/walk
Strength:
1. Lunge + Rear Leg Lift -- 20 reps {10 reps per leg}
2. Side Leg Lift + Oblique Crunch -- 20 reps {10 reps per side}
*Repeat the above strength exercises AMRAP {as many rounds as possible} for 5 minutes.
CIRCUIT THREE
Cardio: 4 minute stroller run/jog/walk
Strength:
1. Warrior 3 + Knee Drive -- 20 reps {10 reps per leg}
2. Standing Glute Stamps -- 20 reps {10 reps per leg}
*Repeat the above strength exercises AMRAP {as many rounds as possible} for 4 minutes.
