THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Lower Body Superset Workout
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells and Optional Mini Loop Resistance Band and Bench/Box/Step.
We're using between 10 and 20 lbs.
► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!
► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
5 Leg Supersets, (2 moves per circuit, one dumbbell strength exercise and one power move)
Timed Intervals (40 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for the strength exercise and 30 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest for the power exercise)
Repeat Each Circuit x2-4 Sets (dropping repetition as workout progresses)
►Workout Outline:
SUPERSET 1⃣ SQUATS (BAND)
1. Strength: 80/20 Banded Goblet Squat
2. Power: 80/20 Banded Runner Squat + Lateral Tap

SUPERSET 2⃣ LUNGES (BENCH)
1. Strength: Reverse Lunge / Lunge Off Box
2. Power: Single Leg Plyo Lunge / Box Step Up + Drive

SUPERSET 3⃣ DEADLIFTS
1. Strength: Deadlift + Calf Raise
2. Power: Snatches
X3
SUPERSET 4⃣ LATERAL (BAND)
1. Strength: Lateral Squat Walk
2. Power: Banded Lateral Shuffles
X2
SUPERSET 5⃣ GLUTE BRIDGE (BAND + BENCH)
1. Strength: Eccentric Single Leg or Double Glute Bridge on Bench/Ground
2. Power: Power Single Leg or Double Glute Bridge on Bench/Ground
