This leg workout is made up of 8 lower body strength exercises. In between each exercise we'll perform 20 reps of a squat variation... completing over 200 squats in this 30-minute workout!

This strength workout will BURN OUT your glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, thighs and hips.

THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Leg Workout (Over 200 Squats)

► EQUIPMENT: Medium to heavy set of dumbbells. I suggest anywhere from 8-25 lbs. We're using 15-30 lb dumbbells in this video. Optional Mini Loop Resistance Band and Bench/Box.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
8 Leg Exercises
Timed Intervals (40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest)
Strict Sets (repeat each leg exercise x 2 sets, back-to-back)
Perform 20 Reps of Squat Variations After Each Leg Exercise (for a total of 200+ Squats)
