This workout targets the hips, hamstrings, glutes, calves and quads in around 30 minutes using a set of dumbbells. Each circuit pairs isolated leg exercises with a combination move to burn out the legs.

THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Dumbbell Leg Workout At Home

► INSTRUCTIONS:
4 Circuits
3 Moves Per Circuit (2 isolated leg exercises and one multi-muscle group leg exercise)
Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest) x 2 Sets
30 Second Power Move Between Circuits

► Workout Outline:
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
1. Squats
2. Lunges
3. 2 Squats + 2 Lunges

Power Move: Lunge Drop + Squat Jack

2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
1. Staggered Deadlift R/L
2. Curtsy Lunge R/L
3. 1 Staggered Deadlift + 1 Curtsy Lunge

3⃣ CIRCUIT THREE:
1. Lateral Lunge R/L
2. Weighted Calf Raises
