► INSTRUCTIONS:
8 Knee-Friendly Leg Exercises
Timed Intervals (45 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest; complete as many repetitions as you can in the timed interval)
Strict Sets (repeat each exercise x 2 sets, back-to-back)
