THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute At Home Tricep Workout

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-heavy set of dumbbells (5-20lbs). I'm using 10, 12 and 15 lb dumbbells in this video. Add a chair, bench or couch for some of the bodyweight tricep exercises.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
8 Tricep Exercises (four dumbbell tricep exercises and four bodyweight tricep exercises)
Timed Intervals (40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest)
Repeat All 8 Tricep Exercises for Women x3 Sets

►Workout Outline:
1⃣ Single Arm Tricep Kickback, Right
2⃣ Single Arm Tricep Kickback, Left
3⃣ Dumbbell Overhead Tricep Extensions
4⃣ Tricep Push Up (also known as a Narrow Push Up, Diamond Push Up or Military Push Up)
5⃣ Dumbbell Skull Crushers
6⃣ Side Lying Tricep Press (also known as a Side Push Up), Right
7⃣ Side Lying Tricep Press (also known as a Side Push Up), Left
8⃣ Tricep Dips
