THE WORKOUT: 40 MINUTE ARMS + ABS HIIT

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells (I'm using 15-20 lbs) Option to add Bench/Chair

► INSTRUCTIONS:
5 Circuits -- one circuit per upper body muscle group -- Shoulders, Chest, Triceps, Back + Biceps
30 Seconds Per Exercise, Superset x 2 Sets (15 second rest between movements)

1⃣ SET ONE: SHOULDERS
1. Arms: Alternating Lat Raise
2. Cardio: Push Press
3. Abs: Low Plank Reaches

2⃣ SET TWO: CHEST
1. Arms: Chest Fly
2. Cardio: Push Up Burpee
3. Abs: Chest Press Deadbugs

3⃣ SET THREE: TRICEPS
1. Arms: Overhead Triceps
2. Cardio: Squat Jump + Arm Extension
3. Abs: Plank Half Drops

4⃣ SET FOUR: BACK
1. Arms: Reverse Grip Hold + Alternating Drop
2. Cardio: WoodChop
3. Abs: Hollow Rock + Reverse Crunch

5⃣ SET FIVE: BICEPS
1. Arms: Alternating Curls
2. Cardio: 4 High Knees + 4 Climbers
3. Abs: Seated Twist

BONUS MOVE: Push Up Jacks + Woman-Maker (push up, row, row, squat, curl, press)
