THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Upper Body Workout: Slow Burn PUSH DAY

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 10-20 lb dumbbells.

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
3 Circuits
Timed Intervals (30 seconds of eccentric reps right into 30 seconds of standard reps; followed by 20 seconds of rest)
Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets
After Each Circuit We Have A 1 Minute Cardio + Core Push

►Workout Outline:
CIRCUIT 1⃣ : Chest + Shoulders + Triceps
30 sec: 3 Count Push Ups
30 sec: Standard Push Ups
Rest 20 sec
30 sec: Single Arm Eccentric Shoulder Press, R/L
30 sec: Single Arm Shoulder Press, R/L
Rest 20 sec
30 sec: Eccentric Overhead Tricep Extensions
30 sec: Overhead Tricep Extensions
Rest 20 sec

X 2 Sets

Cardio + Core:
30 sec: Snatches, Right
30 sec: Single Arm Overhead March, Right
10 Push Ups

CIRCUIT 2⃣ : Chest + Triceps
30 sec: Eccentric Chest Press
30 sec: Narrow Chest Press
Rest 20 sec
30 sec: Eccentric Skull Crushers
30 sec: Skull Crushers
Rest 20 sec

X 2 Sets

Cardio + Core:
30 sec: Snatches, Left
30 sec: Single Arm Overhead March, Left
10 Push Ups

CIRCUIT 3⃣ : Shoulders
30 sec: Eccentric Lateral Raises
30 sec: Front Raises (alt arms)
30 sec: Punches
Rest 20 sec

X 2 Sets

Cardio + Core:
30 sec: Alternating Snatches
30 sec: Plank + Dumbbell Pass
10 Push Ups + 10 sec Push Up Hold
