► INSTRUCTIONS:
Follow along with the pregnancy core workout above. This prenatal core workout at home is structured like this:
6 Prenatal Core Exercises with Weights
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds rest
Repeat all 6 exercises x 1 set
►6 Safe Prenatal Core Exercises with Weights (note, moves 6 & 7 are repeating moves 3 & 4 on the left side of the body)
1⃣ TA Core Breathing with + Dumbbell Press Out
2⃣ Kneeling Hip Thrust + Dumbbell Press Out
3⃣ Half Kneeling Lift + Press/Chop, Right
4⃣ Bird Dog Back Row, Right
5⃣ Wide Leg Seated Shoulder Press Up and Over Head
6⃣ Half Kneeling Lift + Press/Chop, Left
7⃣ Bird Dog Back Row, Left
8⃣ Goblet Hold + March
