45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest per exercise
Repeat All 5 Moves x2 Sets

►Workout Outline:
1⃣ Burpee + 3 Second Squat Hold
2⃣ 180-Degree Pop Squats
3⃣ 2 Jabs + 1 Front Kick
4⃣ Sumo Squat Core Twists
5⃣ Sprint Sit Ups
