Welcome to DAY 5 of our MEMBER'S CHALLENGE: 30-Minute ARMS and ABS Superset Workout!

Each circuit combines an upper body STRENGTH exercise with a cardio and core POWER exercise. It's a quick, efficient and sweaty way to target the back, biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest and core!

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 10-20 lb dumbbells.

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
5 Arm Supersets, (2 consecutive moves per circuit, one arm exercise and one power arms + abs exercise)
Timed Intervals (30 seconds of upper body strength immediately into 30 seconds of power arms + abs, then rest 30 seconds)
Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets

►Workout Outline:

1⃣ SUPERSET ONE: BACK
1. Arms: Double Rows
2. Abs: Plank 2 Rows + 2 Mountain Climbers

2⃣ SUPERSET TWO: SHOULDERS
1. Arms: Front Raise
2. Abs: Chop + Press

3⃣ SUPERSET THREE: CHEST
1. Arms: Dumbbell Chest Press
2. Abs: Push Up Burpee + Crunch

4⃣ SUPERSET FOUR: BICEPS
1. Arms: Flip Grip Curl
2. Abs: 3 High Knees + ½ Curl

5⃣ SUPERSET FIVE: TRICEPS
1. Arms: Overhead Triceps
2. Abs: Push Up + ½ Plank Drop
