► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 10-20 lb dumbbells.

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
5 Circuits
2 moves per circuit done in an A/B/A then B/A/B format
Perform each move for 30 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
Repeat each circuit x 2 sets.

►Workout Outline:

1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
A: 3 Ski Swings + 3 Push Press
B: Overhead March

2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
A: Uneven Squat Switch
B: Push Up + Row
X2

3⃣ CIRCUIT THREE:
A: Woodchop
B: Alternating Snatches
X2

4⃣ CIRCUIT FOUR:
A: Burpee Crunch
B: 3 Count Bicycle Crunches
X2

5⃣ CIRCUIT FIVE:
A: Towel Slams
B: Plank Pikes or Knee Tucks
X2
