► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
3 circuits (3 exercises/circuit - strength, power and cardio)
Timed Intervals (Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest)
Repeat each circuit x2 sets

1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE: Front/Back March - Sagittal Plane
Strength: Uneven Overhead March
Power: Single Leg Deadlift Snatch R/L
Cardio: Dumbbell Toe Taps
2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO: Obliques/Rotational/Pivot - Transverse Plane
Strength: Windmill
Power: Landmine row + rotational press
Cardio: Lateral crossover + 3 fast feet
3⃣ CIRCUIT THREE: Frontal Plane
Strength: Single Leg Deadlift + V-Reach
Power: Staggered Dumbbell Swing or Single Leg Deadlift + Swing
Cardio: Dumbbell Skaters
