THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body Strength + Abs

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells and Optional Towel/Glider

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
4 Circuits
3 Moves Per Circuit
30 Seconds Per Exercise, 15 Second Rest Between Movements
Repeat Each Circuit x 2 Sets

►Workout Outline:
CIRCUIT ONE:
1. Strength: Squat Clean Right, Squat Clean Left, Front Squat x Repeat
2. Core: Single Leg Deadlift Reach Across Dumbbell Taps R/L
3. Strength: Alternating Reverse Lunge + Single Arm Curl Press

CIRCUIT TWO:
1. Core: Push Up + Knee Tuck
2. Strength: Single Leg Lateral Lunge Slide Out R/L
3. Core: Wood Chops R/L

CIRCUIT THREE:
1. Strength: Staggered Row + Clean + Curtsy Lunge R/L
2. Core: 1/2 Kneeling Pick Up + Throw R/L
3. Strength: Squat Press Out + Press Overhead + Balance

CIRCUIT FOUR:
1. Core: Forearm Plank Dumbbell Push/Pull + Open to Side Plank Crunch R/L
2. Strength: 1 Chest Fly + Stack on Skull Crushers
3. Core: Glute Bridge Hamstring Slide Outs / Walk Outs
