3 Moves Per Circuit
Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work; followed by 15 seconds of rest)
Trisets, Repeat Each Circuit x 3 Sets
Bonus Banded Abs + Core Circuit Finisher

2. Push Up + Plank Jack
3. Glute Bridge + Rotational Chest Press
