THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Strength + Core + Cardio Workout

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
3 Circuits (3 minutes strength, 2 minutes core, 1 minute cardio)
3 Exercises Per Circuit
Timed Intervals (time varies per circuit)
Complete All 3 Circuits And Repeat Them Again x 3

►Workout Outline:
BLOCK ONE: STRENGTH (3 Mins - 40/20 each)
1. (3) Squats + (2) Deadlift + (1) Clean + Squat Thruster
2. (3) Back Rows + (2) Curls + (1) Press
3. (3) Split Lunges + (2) Lateral Lunges + (1) Shoulder Press and Switch

BLOCK TWO: CORE (2 Mins)
30 Sec: Plank Knee Drives
20 Sec: Push Up + Shoulder Tap
10 Sec: Plank Hold
30 Sec: Bicycle Crunches
20 Sec: Alternating Leg Lowers
10 Sec: Hollow Hold + Flutter

BLOCK THREE: CARDIO (1 Min)
30 Sec: Squat Jacks
20 Sec: Lunge Jumps
10 Sec: High Knees

Repeat X 3 Sets
